David is a rising sophomore majoring in Economics and Mathematics at NYU. He previously interned at Southwest Securities, where he supported the DCM team in the bond-issuing process for several local public companies. He focused on dissecting client issuers’ annual documents and financial statements in order to conduct credit analysis and prove issuers’ financial abilities to fulfill their obligations. David is now looking forward to further develop his skills in M&A transactions, including valuation, financial modeling, and client interactions.
