Michael passed on Nov 18, 2024. He is a Co-Founder and inspiration behind the firm and was a devout spouse of Shanaz Joan Parsan and father to Gabriel Mikhail Parsan.

Before joining Szymon Zephan Capital, Michael worked at an Aviation company as an engineer. He has also worked as a consultant specializing in the areas of supply chain, manufacturing, and technology.

He also advised global companies in the food and agricultural sectors which further developed his understanding of a variety of industries, laws and cross-border transactions.

Michael holds a B.Sc. Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
