Sergio Frias has a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP in 1992. He did an MBA from FGV (1998-2001). He graduated with an MBA from FIA Business School (2007-2008).
He started his career at Asea Brown Boveri – Setal Lummus in 1990 as a trainee. After that, he was a civil engineer trainee at Airplane GmbH in 1992; he worked at Engemaster from January 1993 to January 1994. He worked to Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia from January 1994 to January 1998. He worked at Embraer for 12 years and 11 months, from March 1999 to January 2012. There he was a supplier manager, strategic sourcing manager, procurement and purchasing manager, head of procurement Phenom 100/300 programs, vice-president of spare parts and logistics, and vice-president of contracts – executive jets. For 6 years and 10 months, he was a vice president of Bombardier. First, he was a vice president of contracts for commercial aircraft. And finally, he was a vice-president services contract. He was vice president of the supply chain at Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited from June 2019 to Augusto 2020. He worked in the Chartered Institute of Marketing Management of Ontario as a chief customer experience officer from January 20220 until now. He has been the president and CEO of the Federation of Canadian-Brazilian Businesses (FCBB) since October 2016. He has been the President & CEO of CX Hub Smart Consulting since November 2020.
Alcely Barroso – Alcely Barroso has a Bachelor’s in Dentistry from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 1993. In 1997 she graduated in a Master of Science in Biochemistry from USP. In 2001 she finished her Ph.D. in Biochemistry. In 2022 she finished his Pos doc in Artificial Intelligence for Potinficia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC).
She started her professional career in Centro Universitário Capital as a Social Responsibility Executive and Course Coordinator from January 2000 to September 2005. After that, she became a program manager at Instituto de Tecnologia Social (ITS). She was a consultant for Community Affairs on Microsoft for four years (2005-2009). She was a member of the board of Global Social Impact from May 2010 to Jun 2018. She worked at IBM from Augusto 2009 to May 2022. There she was Corporate Citizenship & Corporate Affairs Executive, General Manager Project Officer, Education Ecosystem & University Executive – in Brazil, and Global University Programs in Latin America. In the last 8 months, she has worked at Toronto Business College, first as a faculty member and now as an Academic Manager. And since July 2022, she has been a Business Development Director (volunteer) at the Federation of Canadian Brazilian Business (FCBB)
