Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do. Some Provincial laws do the same as well as some States in the USA where we do business.
	How? All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers’ personal information; the reasons SZC shares; and whether you can/may limit this sharing.

DEFINITIONS
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Our affiliates include financial companies with whom we arrange debt and/or equity products. They may be US Broker dealers pr other regulated entity governed by their own internal rules and external rules of their business
Non-Affiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. SZC does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint-marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. SZC does not jointly market.

For nonaffiliates to market to you
*If a non-affiliated securities broker-dealer with which SZC has entered into an agreement with that firm, SZC may share with your advisor certain limited contact information which will be used to solicit you at the new firm. You may be bound by Non-circumvention agreements you executed with us so please read the language of that agreement. .

The only information SZC will share is your name, address, email address, phone number, and account title. You may, however, opt-out of this information sharing arrangement – see Opt-Out in the Other important information section below and email info@szc-group.com with OPT-OUT in the Subject line.

Please note:
A Do Not Call election is effective for five years, or while you are an active consumer customer, if longer than two years. The Do Not Mail election is effective for two years.

Do Not Call Policy: This Privacy Policy constitutes SZC’s under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for all consumers. SZC maintains an internal Do Not Call preference list. Do Not Call requests will be honored within 30 days and will be effective for at least two years from the date of request. No telemarketing calls will be made to business, residential or cellular phone numbers that appear on our Do Not Call lists.
