Before joining Szymon Zephan Capital, Michael worked at an Aviation company as an engineer. He also worked as a consultant specializing in the areas of supply chain, manufacturing, and technology.

He advised global companies in the food and agricultural sectors which further developed his understanding of a variety of industries, laws and cross-border transactions.

Michael held a B.Sc. Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and was fluent in English, French and Arabic.
